This class is designed for the beginning user that needs to know what each tool in the
toolbar does and how it is used. This is a hands-on workshop and you must bring your
own computer or laptop loaded with CS 3 or CS4 . We cover the use of each tool and how they
will make your work easier when applied to your everyday workflow at your studio.
*This is a Photoshop class, not a basic computer class. Students must be familiar
with their computer’s operating system before they attend class as the instructors
cannot use class time to educate students in simple computer skills. Students should
already know: 1. How to open files. 2. How to copy and paste files. 3. How to create
new folders. 4. How to save files. Please familiarize yourself with these basics.
Instructors for Segment I will be Fred Taylor and Steve Attig. The instructor for Segment
II will be Fred Taylor and Steve Attig will teach Advanced in Segment II. These guys
